Hot and cold water - will they mix?

An investigation into whether hot water will stay at the top of a glass when added to cold water, or if it will completely mix.

Interesting problem here — is the experiment really about weight, or something else? Answers left as an exercise to the viewer.

Otherwise, this is a fun film, but the experiment isn’t quite clear. I was expecting to see the glasses flipped on top of each other, then the water mixed — but we don’t seem to see that. Perhaps I’m missing something.

Decent effort, anyway. Also, Boing! made me laugh.
