No no, it’s not ‘gravity defying water,’ it’s ‘graaaavity defying waaaater’. They’re quite different. You’ll see.

OK, so it takes a minute to really get started, but ‘graaaavity defying waaaater’ is a lovely moment and they’re quite right to repeat it. I only wish we could see the demonstration, it’s awfully small in the frame.
Even with a camera stuck on a tripod like this, there’s a simple fix: walk towards the camera. It can be tricky to get the angles right so your head isn’t chopped off, but move the demonstration close enough to the camera and nobody will care too much. Worth trying if you find yourself in a similar predicament.
