Properties of magnets.

Director's Notes:

Team Parkside B didn’t tell us anything about their film, but it’s a quick overview of magnets and their properties, with a couple of demonstrations to illustrate.

SciCast Notes:

I like the approach of this — film a bunch of stuff, then talk about it afterwards. As a way of making a film it’s quick, simple, and direct. The camera is good and close to the thing we’re being shown, so we see lots of detail and there’s not much to distract us. Sadly it’s all a bit shaky, which means some of the distraction comes back.

However, this is a very competent, straightforward film. More like this, please!
