Surface tensions prevents water from entering into a bottle through a funnel. Breaking the surface tension allows air out and the water in.

Good clear performances, good clear close-ups, and a good clear explanation. I like the film… but I’m afraid I’m not convinced the demonstration is showing what it’s claimed to show. Interesting one to argue, though — and hey, that’s what the comments are for. What do you reckon?
